i have not yet got cc certificate/no. of papers submited to mumbai RO before 2 months ago

can i sitll fill the form for exam?

shall i wright 'SUBMITED' in space provided for cc no.?

18 September 2011 Yes go ahead and fill the exam form. We used to write "Not Yet Received". But get this confirmed from Mumbai RO regarding what to write in space of CC No. Also get it checked regarding the CC status from Mumbai RO.
