05 December 2012 I have filled form Form 23 For change in Object Clause of the Company as on 16/11/2012,than after 2 days I filled form 67 as per the Resubmission Status. Now the status shows that"Pending for Approval Under Regulation 17(6)", What should I do?around 1 week has been passed.

I will suggest you to wait few more days thereafter you can visit ROC for resolve the same.

05 December 2012 Sir, it has already passed 8-10 days,so what do you think,should I wait for few more days?

And what is the Mean to visit ROC, I never go there before so please guide me.
