11 November 2009 I have completed my articleship for a period of 2 yrs. At present I cant take transfer and my principal also will nt sign in FORm 109.
Without seeking any permission from Inst I ve discontinued my articleship for past 1 year.

What are the future consequences if I clear my final exam. Will inst permit me to write final exam.

Can I complete my remaining articleship period after few years.

12 November 2009 First of all what you had done is very harmful to you and your career.

you are not eligible to appear in examination if you are not doing your article ship during examination time.

you contact with your principle and resolve the matter other wise you can contact with some medical certificate to the regional chairman & get transfer from present principle and register with Other CA for remaining period
