Urgent help required regarding communication u/s143(i)(a)

I got an intimation from Income tax department u/s 143(i)(a) as the amount of income from other sources shown in return is Rs 3000 short than the income shown in my 26AS.
Also I missed 30 days time limit. So now what to do plz help.

Go to check out Your login ID and the availability of intimation reply. If available and the difference is acceptable by You then go to agree the difference and Pay any liabilities after the calculation...
Also wait on some other Experts Opinion.

Then wait for the 143(1) intimation. If the calculations therein is wrong try
