Is transfer pricing is applicable??

if applicable pls specify the method & calculation technique..

Which method should be adopted for domestic tranfer pricing??

My client deals in retail sale of electronic goods..

22 November 2013 1. Yes domestic transfer pricing shall apply.

2. the appropriateness of a method can be computed through a detailed TP study. So only a complete TP study may give you the right answer.
