an assesse has done brokerage business till july2015 and from august2015 ....started job...in Co.....his total income will be 10 lacs.....so the querry is......to save tax, whether we can form huf and receive salary in name of huf to take benefit of slab...?????

Salary income cannot be received in the name of HUF as it is personalized and only individual can get salary income. You can show brokerage business under HUF and if any TDS is deducted from brokerage than you have to quote PAN of HUF so that TDS can be reflected in HUF's name.
