is it necessary to do graduation to get ICAI membership(i;e CA ).if yes ,can student get external degree(ie from pune university).and are there any limitation of getting external degree(like -will there any problem in future for getting job in big companies).

No there is no mandatory provision for doing graduation to take registration in CA.
But if you have secure more than 55% in commerce in graduation then you can take direct registration in IPCC.

No, it is not necessary. graduation is need with secure 55% when you are taking directly admission in "DIRECT ENTRY SCHEME" for IPCC.

Generally it is expected from a person who is qualified CA to complete B. Com but there is no specific provisions for this. The ICAI is giving exemption to the students who are securing above 50% in B.Com.
