Dear all,
I MBA finance graduate and working in a manufacturing company in Excise dept. from last 2 month, i also taken admition for ICWA, now i got the job in IT industry so what can i do sir please help me.
in IT industry i will get more payment than existing.

Generally, IT companies pays more than other industires.
Also if you are in good manufacturing company, pays more than IT co.,
It should give you reasonable good hike compared to the existing compensation.
