Dear Sir,
We purchased only Shirts as a uniform for labourer & supervisors of company depot. Sir, pls guied me that which head this exp will debit.

Debit to Staff uniform expenses or Staff uniform allowances which may be head meaning is same. As well as you can debit to staff welfare account also.
