If your National Savings Certificate (NSC) maturity cheque drawn on SBI and issued by the Post Office has bounced from your PNB account with reason code 42 ('paper not received'), you should collect the bounced cheque. Report this to the Postmaster for resolution. Your bank is responsible for re-sending the cheque physically via post or courier.
