what is unbilled revenue in an EPC Contract. Can it be treated as current asset?.

Unbilled revenue nothing but work done but not billed to client. basically EPC contract revenue recognition will be done based on AS-7 percentage of completion method, where the actual revenue differ from this revenue calculated based on the AS-7 will be treated as unbilled revenue. it can be treated as current asset
