20 February 2014 i dont think it is allowed. please refer Chattisgarh High Court judgment in the case of Jyoti Straw Products Private Limited (https://www.cghighcourt.nic.in/courtJudgementandAFR/2013/May/Taxcase2006of10.pdf)

I have not referred to any other judgment. So it is possible that some other judicial forum may have issued a different judgment!
