Can we have two states in one invoice for example Biling Address Delhi and shipping address calcutta

Yes it is very much possible..
For eg. if the billing of the company place from the corporate office in Delhi but wants a goods directly to be supplied to its client at calcutta or wants to you supply the goods to a ware house or its branch in calcutta.
