31 July 2013 Go through following link, enter your 1st PAN number. Status will be shown pan active or not. then check second pan number. Use the pan number whose status is active.

31 July 2013 First of all, having two PAN card is not correct. Find out from your correspondence which no he has given and immediately ask the party to surrender the unused PAN

31 July 2013 Thaks Hemant bt in both PAN No. Jurisdiction was showing wt should we do ????

We already told them to surrender one PAN no. bt not getting any status from NSDL

31 July 2013 Just ask company to provide a certified copy of PAN card based on that you deduct TDS. They are in default by having two PAN cards its not your concern.
