09 January 2015 We were deposited TDS for the month of December 2014 twice u/s 194C. What is the procedure to get refund of excess TDS paid and can we adjust same with payable of month of January 2015 u/s 194C

09 January 2015 Yes the same can be adjusted , just need to revise the returns of TDS.

10 January 2015 i paid wrongly twice tds payment to income tax by online payment. first i paid that replies after processing the site were hang up and message came that transaction was failed then i again login and paid the same amount. after this payment the bank statement shows that the transaction failed was payment were done. like this the payment was twice how to claim/adjust this tds paid.
