13 August 2015 In case of death of parents, both, mother and father,

whether, guardian / grand father can take deduction of tution fees paid ????

13 August 2015 In the cases of court of WARD, the guardian can claim the deduction for tuition fees but not otherwise.

13 August 2015 but only grand father is taking care of him, and he can prove this

for the purposes of clause (xvii) of that sub-section, in the case of an individual, any two children of such individual.

Grand father is not covered.
