Plz tell me the minimum sales for which VAT Registeration is complusory in Delhi
and if sales less then the limit, then how he submit sales tax in dept.

Dear Mr.Jain,
Minimum sale value should be more then Rs 1000000/-pa .If your sale value less then Rs 1000000/- you can apply for TIN( without tin You can't charge vat on sale)
