does grandfather or huf can claim deduction benifit of tuition fees paid of grandson under 80c. Or only mother and father are eligible to claim deduction.

Mother and father and Guardian* can claim the benefits. Guardian claim if the parents is no more then he claim...

Only Mother and Father is eligible. Inference - section 80C(4)(c).
