14 January 2013 I wanna know each and everything about trust for benefit of children....what is procedure to create,how to proceed,what are the benefits.Is there any registration requirement......what is tax planning here....??pls pls pls help me

14 January 2013 Please follow the link to have a better understanding about trust. A trust has to be registered under the Indian Trust Act as well as under the Income Tax Act. Creation of a Trust is itself a planning but when the legal compliance is not properly made, it may divert your attention totally from the trust activities/ objectives.
