16 November 2013 Someone plzzzzz tel me. While converting debentures into equity shares, if company will issue shares at premium. What is treatment of that premium. Any answers other thn security premium?

16 November 2013 no. the said amount premium shall be treated as securities premium only and the accounting shall be done in the same manner as Ajay ji suggested in the link post.
