Is it possible that i incurred 800 as my t.c. and i claim 1000 as deduction

Transport Allowance deduction is available as per ceiling irrespective of actual expenditure.
Upto FY 2014-15 Deduction is Rs 800/- per month. From FY 2015-16 deduction has been increased to Rs 1600/- per month.
