Are Tranfer Pricing Provisions different For
1) Indian Company having its branches in foriegn and ;
2)Indian parent Company having Foriegn Subsidiaries ?

no transfer provisions are the same ..though the method of calculating arms length price(ALP) may vary from unit to unit depending on the nature of business,transaction,etc

No the provision of Transfer pricing are same but the application of these depend upto the type of transaction that has been carried on or is in process.
