19 January 2014 I hv completed my training of 1 yr and 7 mnth...... now I want to take tfr from my principle....... so plz tell me the procedures of transfer on the basis of medical......

20 January 2014 first requirement is that you should fall ILL

second the illness should be serious enough to need atleast 3 months of rest

once the above is satisfied, you need to submit Doctor's certificate alongwith request from your principle for allowing transfer on medical grounds...once ICAI approves the same, you may submit Form 109
