what will be accounting effect if director transfer his shares by appointing new directors

No accounting treatment is required for transfer of shares.
Transfer of shares will be recorded in separate registers like Shareholders Register

No accounting treatment required but, the name of the existing director should be replaced with the name of new director in the book of Register of Members.
