A Transferor asks the details of Transferee (Address and PAN No.) in the matter of Rejection of Share Transfer lodged by him in case of Listed Company, Can he ask...? Will Company bind to disclose ?

Transfor cant ask according to me. But transfaree can ask from the company about rejection of transfer.
