We are 7 legal heirs to estate of our parent's property.One of the heir is executor and other executor is the husband of another heir.Now the property under will is subject to sale.Agreement and MOU are already made by the executors and the buyer of property.We asked about copy of the agreement and the MOU, but of no use.They informed rest of 5 heirs to come to Registrar and sign the document to be registered, and also will provide agreement only at the time of signing. We intend to receive the certified copy of deed and MOU.Please help me how could we get the documents beforehand,Any legal procedure that could help us get the documents.

You say to the buyer of the property unless you give copy of deed and MOU before hand we will not come to Registrar office to sign the document.
