IF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE IS TO BE TRANSFER AFTER THE DEATH OF FATHER TO HIS TWO SON ....... WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE(IN BRIEF) AND IS THERE ANY REVENUE STAMP?

just get the same mutated from local authority in name of son's, some fees would be charged by municipal bodies,
no need to get it registered in name of son's as the same is available to them under inheritence, and they are owners by inheritence and has power to sell the property provided the municipal documents are transffered in their favor.
