Dear Sir,
We are a battery Manufacturing Co. We also having a Trading Division. In Trading division we are also selling Batteries from Other Brand. Now we wanted to Import Batteries and would like to sell in Trading Division. We have decided to import on the name of Manufacturing Unit.
Now how can we make Invoice from Trading Division.What is the procedure to transfer the Imported batteries from Manufacturing Unit to Trading division.

If both within thew factory no duty need be paid. If tarding is oputside then duty required otbe discharged at the basic sale price prevailing ast the depot. See CE valuation rules.
