Transfer of articleship on basis of parents transfer

25 February 2015 Hi. I am currently doing articleship from jaipur and have completed 1.5 years of training but now my family is shifting to jharkhand (ancestral home) . What proof do i provide to institute regarding this so that i can get permission to take transfer there. Since My father is a businessman(sole proprietor) i cannot obtain a transfer certificate as in case of govt. employees. I asked the institute but they couldn't answer clearly.Please do help Thanks

25 February 2015 you can show the address and also the name and address of ca under which u are going to serve the balance articlehsip under him at new place
