Transfer of articleship

23 July 2015 Hi .... My articleship has not exceeded 1 year , i want transfer but my principal has rejected proposal to give transfer , what can I do ? Is there any legal procedure through which I can force my principal to give transfer.

25 July 2015 even icai cant give u valid transfer unless ur current ca sign on it and there is no legal procedure to force him and better to request him politely
