02 January 2015 sir i hv taken transfer in first year of articleship. my boss has however written in form 109 : period served:90 days and leave:180 days though not actually took.date of termination 04 december,2014,commencement:28th feb. 2014
second employer: commencement date:26th dec. 2014, will my articleship be extended? will my final attempt be affected? (delayed)

In short in last 6 months of articleship
.
.
So if your date of completion of articles is say 31.09.2016 you are eligible for May 2016 attempt

Note:if you have excess leave please extent your date of completion of articles to the extent of excess working days and then see the eligibility again
