My articleship tenure has reached 1.5 years. Now is it possible to take a transfer since i have to be at home to take care of my parents.My house is 100 kms far from my present articleship place.Is it then possible for me to take a transfer . If so how and please tell me the procedures.

Explain your reason to your boss and if he agrees write a letter to icai explaining reason for your transfer along with your boss recommendation for your transfer for the said reason.
