i want transfer in 2 year of articleship on the ground of marriage please tell me procedure................

please write to ICAI for approval with details of the marriage and the city of relocation (it has to be more than 50 kms from the current articleship location)
Remember that this letter needs to be signed by both the Principal and the article. Once the approval is received, file form 109.
