25 July 2015 I'm in second year of article ship.I had applied for transfer of article ship on 22/05/2015 reason being re-location of working parent.I have terminated my Article ship on 29/05/2015 but i have not sent form 109 because I'm waiting for institute response. Is it possible to send form 109 before approval from the institute. Can i register with new principal before receiving permission from the institute. I have contacted E-Sahayatha regarding status of my transfer request there response was there are waiting for approval from concerned official. Please guide me in this matter.
