Transfer itr to ao

Mr.X is a post office agent. His income is commission income. TDS is deducted at 10% on his income by post office but the TDS amount are not reflected on 26AS.
For say the income is rs. 275000 and TDS amount is rs.27500 (it is deducted by post pffice). Post office does not provide form 16A rather it gives a written letter to the assessee that I have deducted TDS amounting to rupee so and on so.... .
As such i filed itr for a.y 2015-16 and claim refund in itr. But as per sec 143(1) in processing - disallow the refund amount. And again i filed rectification u/s 154 then also it disallow the refund.
In preceeding a.y i.e. before a.y 2015-16 i was filing itr physically with the deptt. And claim refund on the above basis proof document.
But now from a.y 2015-16 itr file online is mandatory so i filed online as directed by deptt.
Therefore I want to transfer my ITR to A.O for claiming refund. Please tell me the procedure how can i transfer my itr to A.O online.

You can NOT do that...if it is mandatory to file online, you have to do it accordingly....
