i want transfer in second year of articleship please tell me the procedure............

transfer in second year is restricted under conditions given under Regulations 56(1).

You need to see whether you are covered under any of the provisions mentioned therein. If yes, then your principal needs to write a letter to ICAI along with your signature asking for ICAI approval. Once the approval is received you need to submit Form 109.
