i want to take transfer in 2 nd year of articleship reason for taking transfer is i want to go back to my hometown but i have already taken one transfer during my first year of articleship. so please sent me a draft of letter to be sent to the institute for getting approval

the reason you are giving in not a valid ground as permitted by ICAI for taking transfer after the first year
