one transfer both transferor & transfree are from gujarat.even share s of Pvt.Ltd. company is also from gujarat.
But transferree/transferor has lodge transfer form &B contains stamp of registrare of mumbai(Maharastra).
whether it is valide transfer form? or
transfer form must be from gujarat registrare of companies stamp?.
what shall law says in this regard for valide transfer of shares? & transfer stamp duty applicable in this transfer?

I think it should be stamped by ROC of that state of concerned company in which registered office of company is situated.
