19 July 2013 i want to take transfer from articleship in first year of articleship due to some problems. so what can i do? if i want take transfer after 1 year?

19 July 2013 Since you are in your first year of articleship then u simply need to fill up form 109 duly signed by your existing principal and take transfer.

19 July 2013 it should be submitted within 30 days of you joining new firm to avoid any condonation fees.

19 July 2013 you can take articleship transfer in first year without any restrictions

19 July 2013 Form 108 is not required in case if its not completed or terminated.
For transfer only form 109 is to be submited to icai within 30 days as stated above.
