Sir i have an articleship in jaipur & i want to transfer to bikaner because i cant suit the climate of jaipur.......
can it is possible???????

It is not possible.
For transfer of articleship, you have to submit the requisite proof of shifting of working parent.
The other option is to fall ill and if your doctor can prove medically that it is not advisable for you to be able to attend ofice, you can get articleship terminated. But that will delay your articleship by 3 months.
