15 February 2014 how to take transfer. i completed my 10 months training.

16 February 2014 file form 109 with the current principal and Form 102 and 103 with the new principal and submit both to ICAI. no permission required as this the first year of articleship. if you apply after completing 1 year, you need to take prior permission of ICAI.
