one of my friend want transfer of artical ship . first year of artical has been completed. his financial condition is weak. he want to do artical at his own town . now he doing artical out side from ton . he can do so . in first year & further how many time we can take transfer.

since one year is completed now he have to take permission from icai to take transfer.
so now he hav to make a letter to icai , if icai permitts only then he can fill form 108.
