we are not response to U/s 143(2) he can legal action?

how to convenience to our clients.
banks ask it returns abut it department take scrutiny.

can u give best solution. yes or no filing of belated IT returns.
e filing also can take scrutiny.

IT Department can why to take scrutiny and use?
