Whether Turnover for GSTR 9 is only GST turnover or Total turnover including Service tax for 2017-18? Kindly confirm.

Section 35(5) uses the expression financial year; Therefore, in the absence of clarification from government, also to avoid any cases of default, it is advisable to considered total turnover for the full year and not only GST turnover for 9 months
