I am working with a listed company and I want to know the email ids of the Share holders of my company.

Please tell me how i can get the Details about the Share holders of my company.

28 August 2012 While sending the communications to your shareholder for meeting or other. You may send a form of request to all your shareholders with an prepaid postage envelope requesting them to allow your company to send the communications, final accounts etc. by email and thus you get the email id.

Basically the email id of shareholders of listed company is maintained by their DP if the shares are in d-emat account.In case of physical shareholders, you can request him individually for giving their email id.

You may also contact your RTA, they will help you to resolve the matter.
