Dear Experts,
When Tin no. is required to be obtained from sales tax department. Whether there is a limit after crossing turnover mandatory to get tin no??

For VAT collection u have to get TIN. So if ur annual turnover crosses Rs. 50K then u have to collect and deposit VAT/CST from clients and to government respectively, and have to obtain TIN.
