30 August 2011 CAN UNREGISTERD COMPANY GET TIN? If get advantage and disadvantage between registered and unregistered company?

30 August 2011 Only registered dealer can get TIN

While not having TIN disadvantages

1. cannot take input credit
2. cannot raise tax invoice
3. cannot concessional rate of VAT also( since while unregistered always higher rate of VAT apply)
4. when supplier or seller having register dealer then they may prefer always register dealer only
