WHAT IS TIME PERIOD LIMIT FOR APPOINTMENT OF MD AFTER HAVING PUC 5 CRORE

Hi,
Section 269 becomes applicable immediately after the allotment of equity share which cause increase in PUC beyond 5 crore.
Hence reasonable steps should be taken to comply with the Section 269 in the next BM held after increase in PUC.
