14 September 2012 Is there any legal impact if goods removed from factory after 10 hrs from time of removal which stated on invoice. Say time of removal mentioned on invoice is 1 PM on 4.4.2012 but actually goods out from the factory at 10 pm on 4.4.2012. So any legal impact is here or not ,plz reply

14 September 2012 The prima facie legal impact is RECORD maintained is not "true and fair" It is tampered some where. If you have valid and justifiable reasons for such an anamoly, then probem may not creep in.
