17 August 2010 What is the limit for filing Form 8 for modification of charges? Can it be filed within 60 days with the additional fees?

17 August 2010 actual limit is 30 days from yhe date of event.
but you can file after that date

Should the company go for condonation of delay by filing petition to CLB for the delay in filing to ROC modification of charges in Form 8 after 30 days.

17 August 2010 No need to move before CLB. Upto 60 days it can be e-filed with normal as well as additional fee.
